Terms of Service 

1. Agreement

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Where a signed proposal or contract exists for a specific project, that document takes precedence over anything here that conflicts with it.

2. Services

We provide web design, web development, ecommerce, and related digital services. The exact deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in a written proposal agreed by both parties before work begins.

3. Quotes and scope

• Prices shown on this site are indicative ranges, not binding offers.
• A binding price is given only in a written proposal for your specific project.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only begins once you approve it in writing.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.

4. Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve a project slot and begin work.
• The remaining 50% is due on completion, before the site is transferred or made live.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days unless the proposal states otherwise.
• Late payment may pause work and delay the agreed timeline.
• Third-party costs (domains, licences, gateway fees, paid services) are billed at cost and are not included in the quoted price.

5. Client responsibilities

To deliver on schedule we need timely input from you. You agree to provide content, brand assets, and access credentials as required, to give feedback within the agreed review windows, and to confirm that you hold the rights to any material you supply.

6. Revisions and delays

Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds. Additional rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate. If we do not receive required materials or feedback for 30 consecutive days, the project may be treated as dormant and rescheduled around other work.

7. Intellectual property

On receipt of final payment, ownership of the delivered website — its custom code, layouts, and content produced for you — transfers to you. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, or internal components used in the build, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your site. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

8. Portfolio rights

Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may display the completed work and describe our role in it in our portfolio and marketing materials.

9. Warranties and support

We warrant that the delivered site will function substantially as described in the proposal. Defects reported within 30 days of launch are fixed at no cost. This does not cover changes to scope, issues caused by third-party services, or edits made by you or another party after handover.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable, and the deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for detail.

12. Website use

The content of this website is provided for information only and may change without notice. You may not copy, republish, or reuse its content or design without our written permission.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Philippines, after a good-faith attempt to settle the matter directly.
