1. Who we are

Groundpoint Digital ("we", "us") is a web design and development studio operating from the Philippines. For any question about this policy or your data, contact groundpointdigital@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information you actively give us, plus basic anonymous analytics:

• Contact form submissions: your name, email address, selected project type, selected budget range, and message.
• Email correspondence: anything you choose to send us directly.
• Analytics data: aggregated, non-identifying information such as page views, referring site, approximate region, device type, and browser.

3. How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
• To prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• To deliver and support work you have engaged us for.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

4. Legal basis

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent (you chose to submit it) and, once a project begins, on the basis of performing a contract with you. Analytics data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the site.

5. Service providers

We share the minimum data necessary with providers who help us operate the site. Each processes data under its own privacy terms:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for contact-form submissions.
• Google Analytics — aggregate website usage statistics.

6. Retention

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months in case you follow up, then deleted. Records relating to completed projects are kept for as long as needed for support, tax, and legal purposes.

7. Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (and, where applicable, the GDPR) you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, ask that it be deleted, object to its processing, or withdraw consent at any time. 8. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics may set a first-party cookie to distinguish repeat visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any part of the site.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and limit access to enquiry data to those who need it.

10. Children

This site is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The revised version takes effect when posted here, and the date above will reflect the change.
